Man arrested again for taking photos of students in residence hall bathroom

Just a week after being arrested for sneaking into Sellery Residence Hall and taking pictures of residents in a women’s restroom, an 18-year old Madison man was arrested again Thursday by UW-Madison police for a similar crime.

UW-Madison librarians have taken to the streets to give directions, advice and snacks to those who need guidance during the first few days of classes.

United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Elena Kagan, the fourth woman to sit on the U.S.’s highest court, will come to campus Friday to share her insights and experiences into life in law.

Paul Robbins, director of the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies, gave a lecture last year during which he said the Wisconsin Idea is key to understanding how to deal with climate change.

Family of UW-Madison student who died in Rome suing university where he planned to take classes

The parents of the 19-year-old UW-Madison student who died in Rome last year filed a federal civil lawsuit Monday against the university where their son planned to take classes, claiming the university was negligent and failed to provide adequate safety warnings to its new students.
