Possible drugging reported on Langdon Street

Two incidents of possible drugging near Langdon Street were reported to UW-Madison along with the Madison Police Department last week, according to a Crime Warning sent out by the university.

According to the warning, the incidents occurred on the 200 Block of Langdon Street on Nov. 9.

The university did not release any further details about the incident but reminded students that having someone consume legal or illegal drugs without their consent is a crime, and the victim of such crime is never responsible for the actions of their perpetrators.

The message also encouraged students to call authorities if they see unlawful behavior occurring on or near campus.
