The Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery hosts 4th Annual Wisconsin Science Festival

The Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery will host the 4th annual Wisconsin Science Festival this year from October 16th to the 19th.

This event will be a joint effort between 20 different Wisconsin communities. This year’s central theme is the Science of Supper Clubs. Participants in the Science Festival will get a glimpse into the science behind preparing, cooking and eating food, as well as a glimpse into the world of agriculture.

Multiple free samples will be available including a limited addition Babcock ice cream, Happy Cranniversary. The ice cream flavor commemorates the 125th anniversary of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS) which will play an important role in the Wisconsin Science Festival this year.

Science researchers as well as CALS undergraduates will both participate in Wisconsin Science Festival activities to help bring the world of science to life to thousands of Wisconsin citizens.
