Overture Center hosted its first clothing swap April 18 in celebration of Earth Month, highlighting the importance of sustainable fashion and allowing locals to build community and fight clothing waste.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison Dance Department performed “Moonshine,” a multimedia celebration of Black History Month, on Feb. 27.
The curtain rises, and the stage is set. Students skate across the stage, sharing their high school struggles and disdain for their small-town lives.
“Kimberly Akimbo,” the five-time Tony Award-winning musical, is coming to Madison’s Overture Center for the Arts from Feb. 10 - 15.
Sarah Bloemer, a graduating senior, credited this club as being “one of the most amazing parts of my college career.”
With the second installment releasing in November 2025, “Wicked” will be a movie musical not soon forgotten.
“Pride and Prejudice” is showing at the Ronald E. Mitchell Theatre through Nov. 17.
