crafting a debut album-except that of Nate Johnson, whose album is
also the first offering from Two Cities Media, a Racine-based label
created by Johnson and collaborator Travis Gaastra. How To (Make a
Pop Album In Ten Days) is an admirable acoustic pop effort in the
face of that challenge.

Last Tuesday, a federal appeals court revived one of the most
ludicrous lawsuits ever imagined. For the third time, two New York
adolescents will have the chance to make the case that their
obesity is entirely due to McDonald's food selection and
advertising tactics. The case abandons common sense and personal
responsibility altogether and offers the possibility for frivolous
activity to take place within U.S. courts.

I am not a political scientist, nor am I a resident of
California. But I am someone who has a basic working knowledge of
our political system.??The recall election in California baffles
me. Not the fact that the Terminator is now the governor, more
power to him.??What leaves my mouth agape is the way it all came
about.??As everyone has probably heard a million times over on CNN,
more people actually voted to keep Gray Davis in office than voted
for Schwarzenegger.
