1998—A massive ice storm ravages Canada and the Northern United States. It was actually quite similar to what happens here every year.

1999—Jesse Ventura is sworn in as governor of Minnesota and immediately pile drives an Illuminati space boy.

2004—The NASA Mars rover, Spirit, successfully lands. May its soul finally rest in peace.

2010—The Burj Khalifa, the tallest building ever erected, is opened in the middle of nowhere.
