The Union Council will vote Tuesday on revised Memorial Union renovation plans passed by the Memorial Union Design Committee last week.
One major change to the original plans was to reduce the
space of the Union Theater Lobby by more than 30 percent. This design would take up less terrace space than the original plan proposed in the Associated Students of Madison referendum.
The State Historical Society still needs to review the plan to ensure is meets the standards set by the Department of the Interior for additions to historic buildings.
