Nix pre-made sauces: Goat cheese is udder bliss

I actively search for recipes in which goat cheese takes the center stage and have devised a few concoctions of my own where the tang adds something extra that really makes the dish pop. Whether spread atop a piece of whole-wheat toast or dollopped upon a baked potato in place of a slab of butter, this cheese adds a whole other dimension to run of the mill recipes.
