Frank Productions released details Tuesday about Freakfest 2007, brought to you by Mountain Dew, and highlighted stage locations, bands and ticket sales.
Tickets for the event are set to go on sale this Friday, Oct. 5. Advance tickets cost $5 and can be bought at several locations on State Street, including University Bookstore or online via Ticketmaster. Those tickets can be bought at the $5 price until Friday, Oct. 26. Access to State Street that night will be free.
The event will cost partygoers $7 Saturday, Oct. 27.
Pepsi-Cola along with Milio's Sandwiches and Frank Productions are sponsoring Freakfest 2007. This will be the first time Freakfest has ever been sponsored in any capacity.
Dave Maynard of Frank Productions said in a release that Freakfest would host a new costume contest as well as a third stage. Maynard noted that stage would hold local bands and perhaps a battle of the bands winner.
