Katie earned the nickname ""Levene the Dream"" not only because of her devilishly good looks and charm, but also because of her heavenly cooking skills. Her specialty is the gourmet quesadilla. Simple chicken and cheese won't suffice—she likes to experiment. Katie hopes to open her own quesadilla restaurant and bar in Madison, where she will be head chef and bartender; because if there are two things Katie takes seriously in life, they are good food and delicious alcoholic beverages.
