Madison police said a ""subject"" fell from the second story of the Lake Street parking ramp, 421 N. Lake St. at about 5 p.m. Monday evening.
The subject, according to police, is not suspected to have had any foul play in the incident. They said the subject was rushed to a local hospital moments after the fall occurred and is in stable condition.
This is the second incident over the course of this academic year in which a person was hurt after falling from a parking ramp. In November 2006, a UW-Madison student fell off the parking ramp on Frances Street and was later pronounced dead as a result of the injuries sustained from the incident.
