Bryan Hathaway, a 20-year-old Superior man, was put on probation Wednesday after it was found out he had sexual contact with a dead deer, according to the Associated Press.
AP reported the man who made love to the dead deer will be tried as a sex offender, and enlisted into a mental health institute.
This is not the first one-night stand Hathaway has had with a dead animal. Hathaway was found guilty of felony charges after he killed a horse to intentionally have sexual intercourse with it in April 2005, according to the AP report.
According to the AP report, Hathaway received an 18-month sentence as a result of the attempted dead horse assault. As for having sex with a dead deer, Hathaway now faces nine months in jail.
