Indie rocker Ben Kweller was announced Tuesday as the headliner for this year's All-Campus Party. The party, organized by the Wisconsin Alumni Student Board, is a week of events celebrating the coming of spring and the end of the school year. Kweller will play at the Orpheum April 26.
