Two Georgian men were arrested early Saturday morning after Madison police suspected they were involved in a stabbing Friday night, police said in a release.
After they received a call reporting an injured person at approximately 2 a.m., police said they responded to a business on Madison's southwest side on Maple Grove Road at Hwy PD, the report said.
On the scene, police said there were two victims, a 24-year-old male from Beaver Dam, Wis. and a 22-year-old male from Evansville, Wis.
Police found out at least one injured victim had been stabbed in a dispute earlier that evening. The injured victim was transported to a local hospital as police gathered a suspect description and vehicle information.
Area police were notified and then later pulled over Keith Davis, 35, and Jaime Lowry, 22, both of Newnen, Ga., the release said.
Police said both men were arrested after the traffic stop and still remain in custody in Madison.
Police confirmed the victim from Evansville was treated and released, but said investigation of the stabbing still remains open.
