Mike is a man of the outdoors. When he's not mountain biking in British Columbia or kayaking on Lake Superior, he is training for marathons and extreme mountaineering expeditions. He wants to be the first Reader of the Day to climb Mt. McKinley and maybe someday Mt. Everest. Right now he's practicing by climbing the massive snow banks around campus, and says that if he can walk up Bascom at 8 a.m. for class, Everest will be a piece of cake.
