Police locate woman wanted in West Side murder outside Flower Lane apartment

Madison police have found the suspect they were looking for who was believed to be connected to a murder that took place during the evening of Tuesday Nov. 21 on Madison's West Side. 

 

According to Madison police, Henry Lee Jr. was found shot to death in a car outside an apartment located near 7100 Flower Lane, which is within minutes of the West Towne Mall.  

 

Britney Langlois, a 20-year-old woman, was the suspected murderer and according to a preliminary police report, Langlois was considered ""armed and dangerous."" Police also declared the investigation open as of Saturday Nov. 25.  

 

However, Langlois was located and arrested in Chicago on Nov. 25 and brought back to Madison for questioning. Police have not yet said if Langlois is indeed guilty, but did mention that Langlois is wanted for one count of an unrelated parole violation.
