Anna Rosen, a fifth-year senior majoring in zoology, didn't have a lot of time to talk to the Cardinal when we stopped her—in fact, she was just on her way to cut open some cats. When questioned about her errand, she explained it was for a biology class in which she is studying appendicular muscles of felines. When we asked what one does after slicing and dicing kittens, we were surprised to find the answer is polka dancing at the Essen Haus. Meow?
