New Beer Thursday

Karma (n)—the total effect of a person's actions and conduct during the successive phases of the person's existence, regarded as determining the person's destiny.

Ale (n)—a fermented alcoholic beverage containing malt and hops, similar to but heavier than beer.

American Heritage Dictionary (n)—a damned good source for definitions.

Taste (v)—a typical pale ale flavor. Very light, with a tint of fruit and nuts. Not unpleasant, but, you'll feel like you've tasted it before, possibly in a previous life.

Karma Beer (n)—a mediocre beer. It neither strives for nirvana nor is it untouchable. But, for the hefty $8.99 price tag, mediocrity is a mortal sin. You're better off just picking up a six-pack of Rolling Rock and saving a couple bucks.

ClichAc (n)—a trite or overused expression or idea.
