Mix it Up!

This week's new drink is an alcoholic blast from the past, courtesy of Cardinal reader Jennifer Schwasinger. 

 

Although tasting just like those snowman-endorsed ice treats of youth, the Blue Freezie will keep the old gang warm through the shivers of December and beyond.  

 

To mix, combine one shot UV Blue Vodka and one shot Apple Pucker over ice in a chilled glass. Fill to the brim with 7-Up or Sprite and serve to all the neighborhood kids.  

 

Just make sure old Mrs. Spencer doesn't catch you in her yard again, ya frisbee playin' hooligans!
