The Associated Students of Madison Student Services Finance Committee continued determining student organization budgets Monday night, slightly trimming the budgets of two organizations.
Greater University Tutoring Service, an organization that helps tutor students through volunteer work, heard its total budget decided at $128,904 by the SSFC. $6,418 lower than its requested amount.
The final budget for Collegians for a Constructive Tomorrow, an organization that addresses environmental issues and energy conservation, was decided at $196,556, down from $200,082.
SSFC rejected CFACT's broad budget in favor of a more specific budget that enumerated exactly which commodities the requested money would go toward.
The new members of the SSFC had their certification delayed and will continue their training during the following week.
