In the second such incident in a week, an inmate under the supervision of Dane County Jail has escaped.
Ricardo Castillo-Martinez was declared AWOL the evening of Sept. 10 when he failed to return to custody while released from the Ferris Center on Huber Law.
The 5'7\, 170 lb. 22-year-old is serving a 120-day sentence for battery and was last seen near Commercial Avenue.
Dylan Brooks escaped in a similar fashion Sept. 6, when he failed to return from a medical appointment he was released to attend.
