Mix it Up!

Cardinal Reader Reuben Rosenthal sent in a drink this week honoring a fallen icon with his tribute to Steve ""The Crocodile Hunter"" Irwin. 

 

To pay homage, mix 1 oz. Bacardi Gold, 1 oz. Jose Cuervo, 1 oz. Sour Apple Pucker and 5 oz. Mojito Mix together in a chilled highball glass. Squeeze in the juice from half a lime, add 1/8 of a packet of unsweetened green Kool-aid powder and stir. Alternatively, you can make a ""Bloody Croc"" by replacing the Kool-aid with a tsp. of grenadine. 

 

Once mixed raise your glass high into the air, while keeping your eyes glued to the floor (possibly to watch for deadly stingrays), and say a heartfelt ""crikey"" to honor our fallen comrade.
