UW-Madison senior Steve Schwerbel announced Monday that the reactionary Student Government is extending an invitation to current Associated Students of Madison representatives and candidates to sign a contract supporting the general principles which Student Government represents.\
Students signing the contract would agree that reform within ASM is ""practically impossible"" and vow to end the ""bureaucracy"" and ""spending"" within the current student government.
Agreeing to the contract will ""prove"" that the signing ASM representatives and candidates ""are on the students' side,"" according to a statement written by Schwerbel.\
