Write your own ?X-Files? episode

If you're like me, you watch reruns of The X-Files\ on cable. It's great if you like to wax nostalgic on the television of your youth, but it can also be sad. Once you've seen all the episodes, you are left with the depressing knowledge that you'll never get to see a new episode ever again.

You can rectify this, however, by writing your own episodes with the help of my handy ""X-Files"" Mad Libs. Just fill in the underlined sections to create a new Mulder and Scully adventure. Play alone or with a friend. Just don't get caught playing in lecture by your professor, or you'll get us both in trouble.

disappears and Mulder and Scully meet up again.

Scully: Mulder, I found traces of in the victims' during the autopsy. But that's impossible!

Scully witnesses a supernatural occurrence.

Scully: I still don't believe in the paranormal.

The agents return to FBI headquarters, where Assistant Director Skinner debriefs them.

Skinner: So the case resolved itself in such a way as to provide narrative closure without leaving behind any definitive evidence to prove that exist?

Mulder and Scully: Yes.

Skinner: The truth is out there! Tune in next week, folks!

THE END

You know, there aren't any more new episodes of ""Buffy,"" either. If you'd like to see it return in a future column, e-mail Justin at morrisonbass@yahoo.com for more vampire-dusting Mad Libs action than you can handle.\
