The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday to refuse Ohio State running back Maurice Clarett into the NFL draft April 24-25. Supreme Court Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg upheld the lower court's ruling, granting a stay to the NFL to a rule that states potential players must be three years out of high school before being drafted.
Clarett once again filed an emergency appeal days before the start of the draft.
