UW sophomore running back Dwayne Smith meets his lawyer, Charles Giesen, before a motion hearing at the Dane County Courthouse, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Dane County Circuit Court Judge John Albert refused the defense's request to access police reports related to the sexual assault allegations against Smith. Smith will be back in court Friday for a pre-trial hearing.
