Michigan State University junior wide receiver Charles Rogers has declared himself eligible for the NFL draft in April, according to a report in The Detroit Free Press.
The Biletnikoff Award finalist for outstanding receiver broke every major receiving record at Michigan State, including receptions in a season with 66 this year.
Rogers also set a new NCAA record with touchdowns caught in 13 consecutive games.
