Seven other Big Ten players selected in WNBA Draft

While Wisconsin had two players drafted in the WNBA draft, seven other players from the Big Ten Conference were also selected.  

 

 

 

Indiana's 6'5\ center Jill Chapman was selected by Detroit in the second round with the 21st overall pick.?? 

 

 

 

Five Big Ten players went in the third round. Purdue guard Kelly Komara was selected by the Indiana Fever, while Iowa guard Lindsey Meder was picked up by the Minnesota Lynx.

Michigan Wolverine guard Alayne Ingram will now call Sacramento home since she was selected by the Monarchs. 

 

 

 

Iowa guard and Milwaukee native Jerica Watson is now a member of the Miami Sol, and Penn State guard Rashana Barnes is a member of the defending WNBA Champion Los Angeles Sparks.  

 

 

 

Ohio State guard Tomeka Brown was the final non-Badger selected in the draft, chosen in the fourth round by the Orlando Miracle.
