Mad Props!

Did you know that in the olden times they had to walk EVERYWHERE!!?? Hard to believe, I know, but they had the right idea back in those simpler times. Walking is good for your heart and if you swing your arms you get a total body workout! Walking is back in fashion too! Models all over the world are doing it on runways and in the streets. It shows off the body in motion, but slowly enough to drink in a nice long look. No doubt about it: walking is the new in form of getting around town! Take that, public transportation system!

Here at the Daily Card, we don't have much time to say all of the syllables of every word. That is why we love the emergence of 'zines! Real magazines are too mainstream and, let's face it, the word is too long to say. Give me an underground packet of Xeroxed copy any day of the week. Whether it is the newest version of Resonance or a slammin' copy of Found, 'zines simultaneously signify hipster cred and an appreciation for renegade journalism. And all the time you save by not saying the whole word can be used to read the magazine'I mean 'zine. Bonus!

Remember back in the second grade when you still didn't know how to tie your shoes? Man, thank God we had Velcro. I mean, how embarrassing would it be if all the kids knew how stupid you were, especially Becky Wilson. Oh man, she was cute. I could get my shoes on and off in less than four seconds. And don't forget Velcro's sweet tearing sound! Riiip! Luckily, Velcro is no longer for second graders. Velcro can be found on a number of adult sizes. Dude, I still don't know how to tie my shoes.
