The Madison Landlord and Tenant Issues Subcommittee heard two hours of testimony and debate on a proposed ordinance to prevent landlords from banning overnight guests.
According to Ald. Mike Verveer, District 4, the meeting ended without a decision being made on the ordinance, which will be taken up again at the next meeting Feb. 21.
