A UW-Madison student reported that a man touched and tried to kiss her without her consent in Grainger Hall Monday, according to a UW-Madison Police Department crime alert.
The student said an unknown man approached her at approximately 3 p.m. and began touching her back. He then attempted to kiss her, after which she left the room and then the man eventually left the area.
The incident was only reported to the university and not reported to UWPD. Police say they have no other information about the reported assailant.
