The Baraboo School District will not punish students involved in a viral Nazi salute photo, citing lack of evidence of anti-Semitic intent.

Baraboo schools and police are still investigating a controversial photo of high school students taken at prom last semester, as well as threats that have been made against members of the community.

The Baraboo School District is investigating a photo posted to Twitter Sunday night showing dozens of Baraboo High School students giving a Nazi salute on the steps of the Sauk County Courthouse.
