A University of Wisconsin-Madison student government intern outlined her plans Monday to create a bill aiming to lower the Wisconsin drinking age.
The Student Services Finance Committee approved funding for Sex Out Loud and heard eligibility hearings from Adventure Learning Programs and Veterans, Educators, and Traditional Students Monday.
The Madison chapter of Humans vs. Zombies, the nation-wide game where “humans” defend themselves against “zombies” with socks and nerf blasters, will require participants to register weapons this year as an added safety precaution, according to University of Wisconsin Police Department spokesperson Mark Lovicott.
Fire evacuation drills will take place Monday through Thursday in campus buildings across the University of Wisconsin-Madison, according to a news release.
