The Badgers fell short on the road at Michigan State (2-2-0, 7-7-1), losing 2-0 in front of over 800 fans in East Lansing, Mich. Goals from the Spartans came in the 26 minute from redshirt senior forward Domenic Barone and in the 59 minute from sophomore forward Adam Montague.
