Badgers pick up tie in Elliott’s return to ice

Coming home without the sweep they wanted and with the Western Collegiate Hockey Association title slipping out of their grasp, the UW men's hockey team (15-6-3 WCHA, 21-7-3 overall) could be upset with its three-point performance against Michigan Tech (6-13-5, 7-20-5) this weekend. Nonetheless, one month from now, the series may appear to be the spark UW so desperately needed, as the team regained its scoring touch and got junior goaltender Brian Elliott back.

Google entered a storm of controversy over free speech recently, when it decided to censor the Chinese version of its search engine.
