The U.S. flag is at half-mast at Atterbury circle at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Jan. 11, 2012, during the memorial for Army Capt. Wilfred "Fred" Toczko before his burial at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
