Freakfest drew crowds of more than 35,000 people this year and boasted record levels of student involvement in organizing the event with the addition of an entirely student-run stage sponsored by the campus radio station, WSUM.

UW Madison students flocked to the Kohl Center Oct. 17 to raise money for cancer research through Badger basketball's Make Bo Pay event. Over $66,000 was raised.
