Gov. Tony Evers and Department of Administration Sec.-Designee Joel Brennan will travel to six state courthouses on Tuesday to announce openings for more than 60 assistant district attorney positions.

Press conferences relaying information about the prosecution opportunities will be held in St. Croix, La Crosse, Douglas, Brown, Portage and Waukesha Counties.

In addition to the ADA positions, the Governor introduced a vacancy in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Monday.

Judge Joe Donald has been appointed to the Court of Appeals, District 1, beginning Sept. 29, creating a space for a new judge.

The application deadline for the judicial opening is Oct. 2.
