Happy Halloween! Make sure to do something spooky with your weekend and eat some candy.
The freaks are out
Freakfest is Madison’s own Halloween festival and it’s happening this Saturday. The headliners include Timeflies, Chase Rice and MisterWives. There will also be a wide variety of openers, many of which are local stars worth supporting.
“Let’s do the Timewarp again”
Sex Out Loud is playing “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” Friday in Memorial Union, Shannon Hall. Expect dancing and singing as audiences are welcomed to participate and even come dressed in costume for the occasion.
Featuring frightful films
The Marquee is featuring some Halloween flicks. These include “Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit,” “Night of the Living Dead” and “Trouble Every Day.”
If you want to be a Badger
Check out the Wisconsin Marching Band and dance along with your fellow Badgers at the Badger Bash before kickoff of the Halloween Badger game Saturday.
Check The Daily Cardinal each Thursday to find out what to do for entertainment in Madison each weekend. Hint: We like things that are free.
