A man grabbed a 21-year-old female and touched her inappropriately near the intersection of Henry and Langdon Streets early Monday morning, according to a Madison Police Department incident report.
Police describe the suspect as a six-foot-tall, slender black man who was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt at the time of the incident, according to the report by MPD spokesperson Joel DeSpain.
The victim was able to escape from the suspect, according to the report.
The victim said she was walking down Langdon Street on her way to work and had just turned onto Henry Street when the suspect approached her, according to the report.
