Naked man found walking through Olbrich Botanical Gardens

Madison police arrested a man for exposing himself to a mother and her child at Olbrich Botanical Gardens Tuesday, according to a police report.

A Stoughton mother was pushing her 2-year-old daughter in a stroller at approximately 2:15 p.m. when she encountered a naked man walking through the gardens. The woman was “shocked” and began looking for city park employees, Madison Police Department spokesperson Joel DeSpain said. Although the man was clothed when employees found him, they still told him to leave.

Albert Love, 25, began singing at the top of his lungs and yelling phrases such as “I’m living my life” and “enjoying nature” as police escorted him to the back of a squad car. Police identified Love with an Illinois ID card.

The report said Love was charged with two counts of lewd, lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct.
