Madison police are pursuing a suspect who allegedly exposed himself to a 21-year-old woman outside a sorority house Monday afternoon, according to a police report.
The report states two witnesses noticed a man next to a dumpster with his pants pulled down, in plain view of the victim, as the witnesses were walking along Langdon Street at approximately 4:40 p.m.
Madison Police Department spokesperson Joel DeSpain said in the report the suspect “pulled up his pants and fled” when the witnesses began yelling at him. Police describe the suspect as a 6-foot-tall white male in his late twenties with an “average build,” wearing a tan Carhartt jacket, black athletic pants and a black, gray and white hat.
