An intruder entered a woman’s apartment on Langdon Street Saturday night through an unlocked door, according to a police report, drawing similarities to previous burglaries in the area earlier this semester.
According to the police report, the 22-year-old woman said she was leaving the bathroom when she noticed the intruder, who fled when she screamed.
The victim described the suspect as an African-American man in his late teens or early twenties.
The burglar managed to get away with the backpack of the woman’s roommate, which contained a laptop, an iPhone and a wallet, according to the report.
