Man exposes himself to 16-year-old while in the driver's seat

A man exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl from the driver's seat of his car, according to a statement from the Madison Police Department.  

 

The girl was walking in the 2100 Pike Dr. area when she reportedly witnessed a man driving by in a two-door car while exposing himself.  

 

The car allegedly circled around the block, and the man exposed himself again, this time lifting his hips into the air, above the window.  

 

After the girl arrived at her home, the man walked by her place of residence and left the area shortly thereafter.
