Embattled UW-Madison senior and former running back for the UW football team Booker Stanley appeared in court Tuesday, but his preliminary hearing was postponed and will be rescheduled to leave within the next three weeks.
Stanley is standing trial for a domestic dispute in which he allegedly struck his girlfriend. If Stanley is found guilty, the incident will have violated his parole, which stemmed from a physical altercation at the Mifflin Street Block Party last year.
