Hoegaarden (pronounced who-gar-den) is best enjoyed in a hexagonal glass according to its label. We're not sure how a pentagonal or octogonal glass would affect the taste, but out of the bottle it tasted light, slightly sweet and mellow.
A white beer, Hoegaarden is naturally cloudy and tasted thick but went down smoothly.
Hexonagonal glass or not, Hoegaarden is a lite-tasting beer that's easy to drink.
