Coming this semester in the Cardinal: Bar of the Week

This semester in the Cardinal we'll be profiling one Madison bar each Thursday. From Regent Street to State Street to the Capitol Square, Madison bars offer drinks of all types, music for every taste and an atmosphere for every college stereotype. 

 

 

 

It's easy to stick to two or three bars you're comfortable at, but we hope our weekly bar profiles will allow you to branch out and booze it up somewhere new. 

 

 

 

We'll look at drink prices, nightly specials, staff attitude, usual crowd and a host of other factors to give you a good idea of what each bar is all about. 

 

 

 

Next week we'll be taking a look at Genna's Cocktail Lounge'105 W. Main St. on the Capitol Square.
