We've all felt how cold this winter's been so far, but Zach doesn't look at meteorology in a vacuum. As an atmospheric chemist, he's trying to track what these changes mean, and how they'll continue to effect how humans live on a daily basis. He says the coolest thing he's learned at UW-Madison about science is the way humans have evolved to adapt to earth's climate over time. Well, Zach, if this super-cold weather sticks after you graduate, you might see people grow fur and store blubber if you come back to Madison.
