As you can see, this UW-Madison junior is pretty serious about her side dishes'she won't even read the paper without them. But her love of smaller, under-appreciated foods doesn't stop there'condiments also have captured her heart, and she's not about to let them go unnoticed. She's actually starting the Campaign for Condiment Recognition, in which participants will order ketchup, tartar sauce and guacamole, with cheeseburgers, fish and tortilla chips on the side, respectively.
