UW-Madison sophomore Ross Stadheim plans to major in political science'and we think that's a capital idea. But Ross doesn't let policy dictate his life. He's in Sigma Chi, where there's a serious demand for great parties. And Ross knows how to use his resources wisely, enabling him to supply his reveling constituents with a beach-party involving 18 tons of sand. Ross says he isn't sure if he will stay in Madison or move to D.C. after school'but if he performs a cost-benefit analysis, he'll probably figure out the best strategy.
